Funds are taken when you confirm the order. Nothing further is charged later.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 646-484-6468 during Monday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (ET). Thursday - Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM. Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday or email service@bridalgrace.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Listed prices are in United States dollars, exclusive of any delivery charge, which is shown before confirmation.

Security

Payment information is captured by the processor, not by us. We receive only an authorisation result.

Declined payments

When a payment fails nothing is charged. A temporary authorisation may appear on your statement and will clear on its own.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
