Shipping Policy
Every parcel leaves New York, NY. The rates, the timings and the exceptions are all set out below so nothing has to be inferred from a checkout screen.

Charges
We charge a single $3.75 delivery fee, waived once the basket reaches $29. Size and weight do not change the figure.
We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not currently offer delivery to other countries.
How long it takes
Orders are processed in one to three business days and travel for five to ten. The realistic total is six to thirteen business days.
The daily cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern; past that the handling clock starts the next business day. Weekends and holidays do not count.
Tracking
We email tracking as soon as the label is scanned. Early tracking pages are often empty; that is normal for the first 24 hours.
Damage in transit
For anything broken on arrival, we need photographs of the packaging as well as the item, sent to service@bridalgrace.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Parcels that stop moving
Should tracking sit still for seven business days, let us know. We will trace it and, if it is lost, replace or refund the order.
Delivery addresses
Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. A parcel returned as undeliverable can be resent, but the second delivery is chargeable.
